A Smooth Experience for Everyone

To secure your initial appointment at The Lime Tree Clinic, we require credit card details at the time of booking. These details are stored securely and are only used in accordance with our cancellation policy.

All consultations at The Lime Tree Clinic are complimentary. However, if you book a consultation-only appointment and do not attend or cancel within 48 hours, a $100 fee will apply.

If you have booked a consultation with a treatment and fail to attend your appointment, the standard $250 no-show fee will apply.

We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client.

A confirmation message or email will be sent 4 days prior to your appointment, followed by a reminder 2 days before. These are courtesy messages, clients remain responsible for attending or providing notice, even if reminders are not received.

Rescheduling or cancelling made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 late cancellation fee. No-show appointments will incur a $250 fee.

If you have previously missed an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $250 will be required to secure any future bookings. This deposit will be applied to your treatment on the day of your visit. If you do not attend the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

If, for any reason, your stored card cannot be charged for a missed appointment, and you would like to rebook in the future, you will be required to pay the original $250 no-show fee as well as a new $250 deposit to secure your next appointment.

• Offer Validity: Special offers are valid for a limited time from the date of the email notification. Please refer to the email for specific expiration dates.
• Exclusions: Special offers are not applicable to packages, promotions or medical treatments. Unless if specifically mentioned in the offer.
• Non-transferable: Special offers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other discounts or promotions.
• Booking requirement: Bookings must be confirmed before the special offer’s expiry date. However, the treatment may be scheduled and completed after the special offer has expired, provided the booking is booked and paid in full within the valid offer period.
• Treatment Suitability: All treatments selected must be deemed suitable by The Lime Tree Clinic staff during consultation.
• Right to Amend: The Lime Tree Clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers.
• Final Decision: The Lime Tree Clinic reserves the right to make final decision on all matters related to the offer.
