The Coolifting gun, also known as The Beauty gun, sprays a controlled amount of powerful carbon dioxide (CO2) infused with proprietary hyaluronic acid and selected botanicals on the skin tissues, at a very low temperature and high pressure.

The CO2 high-pressure flow, via the Bohr effect, stimulates the opening of the pores for intense penetration of active ingredients to the underside layer of the skin, resulting in tighter, firmer, glowing and super hydrated skin – the Dewy Skin.

Two type of ampoules with different active elements are available, your cosmetic practitioner at The Lime Tree Clinic will provide a consultation to decide which is the most suitable for your skin type and the results you want to achieve:

CooLifting Original:

• Hyaluronic Acid: moisturising, restructuring.
• Bicolour Sorghum (sorghum stalk extract): tensing, anti-free radicals.
• Wheat proteins: moisturising, anti-free radicals.
• Polystyrene-sodium sulphonate: reaffirming, moisturising.

All treatments carry risk, our cosmetic practitioner will assess you to see suitability. To reduce any risks as much as possible, we perform the procedure carefully and gently. We are experienced in these procedures, and this further reduce the risks.

Coolifting is generally considered safe for most skin types and pigmentations and is typically associated with minimal discomfort and no downtime.

Coolifting can be applied around the eyes, cheeks, forehead, eyebrows, and zones around the lips to reduce fine wrinkles as well as reducing deep wrinkles. The entire face can be treated for hydrated and dewy Skin, especially in preparation for an important event, as the results are often immediate and there is generally no downtime.

It can also be applied on the hands and décolletage to maintain youthfulness.

Coolifting is generally an instantaneous treatment, intense and very fast that can be completed in under 30 minutes. The application, pressure and temperature are technically controlled and the procedure does not cause any discomfort. You will feel a light, cooling sensation on the face, and feel hydrated and your skin soothed. A series of treatments is optimal to maintain the Dewy Skin throughout the year. For important events, it is recommended that for optimal results, a treatment is done a few days prior to the event.

Many individuals notice a refreshed, glowing appearance shortly after treatment. The sensation of skin firmness or tightness may continue to develop over the following 24 hours.

For general skin maintenance, a series of 3 to 4 Coolifting sessions spaced about two weeks apart may be recommended, followed by monthly treatments. Some people also choose to have 1–2 sessions prior to special events as a temporary skin boost.
