Bio-remodelling Injections

Bio-remodelling injections consist of ultra-pure Hyaluronic Acid with properties to stimulate cells and provide a stable environment for the promotion of new collagen and elastin in the superficial layers of skin. This unique gel prolongs stimulation activity on the dermal cells when injected into the skin, the skin receptors counteract skin laxity and improve the firmness of the skin. The most common areas for administration are the face, neck, decolletage, hands, arms, knees and abdomen area.

Despite the product being pure Hyaluronic Acid, it cannot replace volume loss or augment various parts of the face such as the cheek or tear trough. The injection technique focuses the action of the product where the skin appears loose, with a loss of turgor and skin tone. Concentrating on defining volume of the compound in a few anatomically receptive points which diffuse progressively through the interstitial spaces bringing the entire mala, sub-malar area natural and long-lasting dermal renewal.

This treatment is suitable for men and women as well as offering skin benefits for patients of all ages. It is a safe and fast procedure with little downtime that helps to tighten and replenish the skin. This treatment can be used in combination with other procedures for optimum results.

Most treatments utilising the power of Hyaluronic Acids (HA), are Dermal Filler for face or body augmentation and hydration. The difference between Bio-remodelling Injections and Fillers is HA it is not a dermal or volumising filler. While Filler is intended to add volume and replace volume loss in the face, Bio-remodelling injections act to deeply hydrate the skin and improve its texture and laxity. The unique formula results with lifted tissue and fewer wrinkles, intense hydration and overall improvement in skin quality.

Skin boosters have been known to produce similar results however the consistency of Bio-remodelling treatment is what sets it apart from other treatments for skin rejuvenation. The honey like consistency allows the product to flow from one part to the next with ease. The bio-remodelling properties have become known as innovative biological activity to anti-aging, counteracting skin laxity of the face and in areas that traditionally have been difficult to treat, such as; the neck, hand and arms.

As we age the presence of Hyaluronic Acid, in the skin naturally starts to drop, skin loses its natural firmness and elasticity particularly in our 30’s. The gel like formula is injected using a very fine needle in pre-determined points. The five key areas, the top of the cheeks, side of the face, lines around the mouth, nasolabial folds and laughter lines. This treatment can also be used to improve the appearance of the skin around the neck, chest or anywhere on the body to achieve tighter, firmer and more hydrated skin.

This treatment is relatively painless compared to other skin tightening treatments and there is no need for topical pain relief creams prior to treatment as it is quick.  The product in injected in small deposits you may be able to see them initially but they settle usually within hours. Most patients will require 2 treatment sessions one month apart, in some cases depending on each individual a 3^rd session at monthly intervals. Over a period of 3-4 weeks the product will penetrate the deeper layers of the skin and kick start the production or elastin, remodelling the skin tissue and giving it a plumper and tighter look whilst radiating a natural glow!

This can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with other fillers to replace volume loss, to hydrate and tighten skin – in combination with laser treatments or antiwrinkle to get an even better result.

Pre-treatment instructions include avoiding aspirins prior to treatment. On the day make sure you are not wearing any make up, lotions, creams, serums, tanners or any other products on the area being treated. Do not wax, bleach, undertake electrolysis or use depilatory creams for 4 weeks.

Immediately after you should avoid make up, sport, swimming and any other strenuous physical activity for 24 hours – it is also advised to avoid saunas and steam rooms for a few days post treatment. It is recommended you avoid any chemical peels, facials, laser and microdermabrasion for 2 weeks prior.

Post treatment it is recommended to not undertake any cosmetic therapies for the first two days, no dental procedures for 2 weeks as well as filler injections, and IPL. There is no downtime, it is advisable to avoid alcohol or anti-inflammatory medication within the first 24 hours before the treatment.

Any bruising may take a few days to appear, arnica can be helpful in clearing bruising.

The treatment is performed quickly and efficiently with less discomfort to the patient, you will be able to see results within 3-4 weeks and they can last up to 6 months. For the bet results we recommend the treatment cycle should be repeated twice a year.

This treatment is suitable for anyone who has skin laxity, crepey skin or fine lines and wrinkles. This product is food for the skin, providing hydration, lifting, collagen synthesis and anti-aging benefits. As it is not dermal filler it does not augment the shape of your face or features, instead it provides an overall subtle improvement.
